the room had all i needed and modern surroundings. it was clean all around. all staff were very professional and helpful!!!
the beds were rock hard. the hotel is very noisy. i was woken up every night between 11pm and 3am with noise from the hotel next door.

termini station easy access clean room breakfast selection
The hotel is very close to Termini station. This made it easy to access transportation. I enjoyed the convenience . The superior double or twin room was neat and clean. The breakfast had a good selection of items.
The windows did little to reduce outside noise. I found it a bit loud at times.

spacious room clean room honey toiletries
The superior double or twin room was spacious! it was also very clean. the bathroom was well equipped. I really liked the honey-scented toiletries! there was also tea, coffee making facilities, and a fridge in the room.
The shower water temperature was unstable. It went from hot to cold quickly.

spacious room perfect cleanliness nice spa
The hotel provided a very spacious room, much appreciated. the cleanliness was perfect. I found it super clean on arrival. i liked that the location was close to major points of interest and restaurants. the spa facilities were a real treat, after a long day.
the breakfast was just okay, not as diverse as i had expected though.

spacious room helpful staff street noise quiet room
The room was spacious (I had enough room to do yoga). The staff was helpful.
The noise from the street was very disruptive. The windows did little to block the sound, and it was difficult to sleep at night. I was assured it would be a quiet room but it was loud.

i found the location quite convenient to reach attractions. the lobby had a very cute atmosphere. my room included all the amenities i needed .
the breakfast selection included scrambled eggs, yet their quality wasn't the best.
